*ENDED* GIVEAWAY! SmartShopper Grocery List Maker

I love my babies more than anything, but I think every mother understands the term "mommy-brain" 100 times more than she would like to. I seem to have it really bad. I haven't been to store since my first was born without forgetting SOMETHING. I can even go with a list and I somehow still skip over items.

While searching online one day I found the SmartShopper. I contacted the company because I thought if I ever had a chance of combating mommy-brain it would be with this handy gadget! I got mine in the mail and went to work making my shopping list. The SmartShopper uses voice recognition, meaning you push a button, say your item, select it from the list of matches, and do it all over again until you list is full. You can also do things like add an errand to the bank or dry cleaners, you can put an icon beside items you have coupons for, and also change the quantity of a individual items. Then, when all is said (pun intended) and done, you just print your list out and you're on your way. Now if this doesn't seem much different than your handwritten list you're SO SO wrong!

The list is broken down into different catergories like meats, produce, freezer section, canned goods, etc. This mimics the grocery stores breakdown and so while you're shopping aisle by aisle, your list is going right along with you! Here is a little video demonstration of me using my SmartShopper!

And now this is the part of the show where you get to enter to win your own SmartShopper!

How To Enter: Go to the SmartShopper website and tell me something about the SmartShopper that isn't mentioned here. INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS SO I CONTACT YOU IF YOU WIN!

I like the fact that any person in your house can use it b/c it contains voice recognition technology and that it uses AA batteries. I always have those around the house. :)

I think it's neat that you can customize it for items you use at the store too... and keep them in the library. I shop with coupons alot and this would be a wonderful way to help me take advantage of sales!

It's nice to know that you can go back to your list and delete any items from the list. This sounds like an awesome product!

not having to replace that ink would be great. I shop for my house, and my parents, so this thing would get a ton of use!

Something that I like that I don't think you mentioned is that you speak to SmartShopper in a normal voice and if it doesn't recognize you word, it can actually "learn" what you said and remember it for the future. Also, no ink to buy!

With three ways to mount it (countertop, wall mounted or magnetic), it would certainly be easy to find a special spot in our small apartment for it.
