We recently moved from the deep south to the midwest. This has brought a whole gaggle of new experiences, but by far the harshest experice has been the winter weather. We haven't actually been subjected to huge amounts of snow, with 6in being the most we've recieved, but we did survive the terrible ice storm as it made it's way across this part of the country. While it was incredibly beautiful, it was also terribly dangerous and made life so very hard.
While ice on the ground can be avoided to some extent, ice on our car was totally unavoidable. Thankfully I've been able to use Prestone's DeIcer to cut through the existing ice, and their Ice & Frost Shield to keep away any future ice problems.
