Make Something Monday - Channa Masala

The Husband and I have recently been converted to Indian food. We love it!! And I mean deep, googley-eyed, tummy rumbling love. His fave is Chicken Tikka Masala and mine is Channa Masala (chickpeas). I've never made Indian food, but I've come to the conclusion after years of trial and error in the kitchen that I make ethnic food much better than traditional "American" fare. This recipe is highly rated on Recipezaar and this will be my next endeavor. I'd love for you guys to try it out too and have a taste in India!
